I brought my Volkswagen Jetta in for service after confirming they worked on them with a kind gentleman name Sam. Sam was very accommodating, knowledgable, and honest. My family's mechanic recently closed up shop, so I was a little bit apprehensive when I was searching for a new mechanic. Top Dawg did not disappoint! They ran a diagnostic on my car and easily identified the issue. Sam was very communicative throughout the entire process. I can happily say that my family has found a new and honest mechanic. A++ I took my car to two different mechanics to get the noise checked. I've got a 29 year old Jeep Cherokee, which I love, but finding someone to work on it is next to impossible. Thank God for Top Dawg! I ended up with a broken throttle cable and I figured finding the part would be insanely hard. Top Dawg did, fixed the Jeep fast, and charged a truly reasonable price. These guys are not only great with cars but also with people. It's the only repair place I ever go.
