Was here about 2weeks ago car needed a air compressor so as I'm sitting they while they checking out the car I was looking at O'Reilly website for compressor so when they was done looking at the car he told me it was 600 for a compressor which is the same one I was looking at on O'Reilly website same part number for 400 he even said they was getting it from O'Reilly why make me part more for the parts its not making any sense never again will I go here every one needs to see where they getting the parts from and check the price because dats ridiculous

I had this business put a used engine in my h3 hummer three years ago and I had problems since then. The engine light been on and off the whole time. I brought the car back right afterwards because the light came on. He said he had to put in new spark plugs. I came to them three times that month and they keep telling me their is nothing wrong with the engine. I stopped dealing with them because the light kept coming on, and the older man tried to charge me 800 for a missing screw, when I took it to another place and they charged me a 100. The lady in front tries to be sweet but not, that’s to wheel you in, the young boy acts like he helpful but he’s trying to get money out of you, and the older guy is slick and charges more for easy problems. I took this car to several mechanics since because the engine light won’t come off. I got the spark plugs changed several times. A tune up, new filter, finally I went to new mechanic and they told me I had a bad engine. I paid 8,000 for that engine and have had problems since, now I need a new engine. I am going to court and suing them for all the problems I had. They gave me a bad engine. The young boy knew he was screwing me over from the beginning, he knew gave me a used engine and was supposed to change the spark plugs. The engine light been on since. I am asking for half my money back or I am taking them to court for the full amount. I noticed it’s like a family reunion, the same cars keep coming back their. They fix the same problem over and over and never get it fixed. John said he would put a new engine in the first year if their was a problem he lied. Everytime I brought it back he would say it was a different problem, spark plugs etc, just to not put in a different engine. They should be investigated and shut down for shady practices. They are a terrible business that never fixes the car and makes new problems to keep you coming back for more money. They will be going to court for me. I will be filing a small claims.

While the customer service team has been courteous, my overall experience with the repairs has been frustrating. I initially brought my truck in for a service engine light, which was fixed—but ever since then, it’s been one issue after another. Every time I return and pay for a service, a new problem seems to pop up. It’s starting to feel like things are being broken intentionally just to keep me coming back. Most recently, my brand new battery—purchased in the winter of 2024—is now operating at a 9, which makes no sense. It’s extremely disappointing, and I’m beginning to question the integrity of the work being done here.

Was referred here by a coworker of mine & upon arrival the receptionists ( female & male ) in the office were very polite and very helpful. They explained everything to me, answered any questions I had. I also had my daughter’s Christmas assembly to attend and they made sure to get me out in time to make it there. I appreciate them diagnosing the issue with my vehicle as well as giving me a very affordable estimate for repair. I plan to see them soon for the repairs. Thank you guys again and see you soon! Update: Everything went GREAT with my car however I ended up having another issue unrelated and I called them up and with no hesitation, they told me they will look at the car . Fixed the issue same day and also educated me on other things to look out for and what I should do in the future. Also Roberto ❤️ is the BEST . So easy to talk to and explains everything so well. If ever there was a time I was worried about anything, he assured me they will take care of it & I know he meant it ! Thank you all 😘

I brought my 2018 Cadillac Xt5 in for service of tire sensors. They were courteous fast and efficient and diagnosing the problem and the repairs. I found that the repair price was fair as well and I'm very satisfied with there professionalism. BTW IT WAS NICE TO FIND A CAR SERVICE CENTER WITH SUCH A CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE WAITING AREA THIS IS SOMETHING THAT IS NOT COMMON IN THAT FIELD.
