This place is awesome, the staff is super helpful and kind. Any issue I have with my car they fix it no sweat, super quick service and trustworthy. You'd be crazy to go anywhere else in Chicago.

Rude customer service. I used to do business with this place but today I was treated poorly. Came with a flat tire and was basically ignored until I finally left to go somewhere else. No other customers were being helped. I guess the guy working thought other things were more important than the business I was bringing. Check the tapes. 7-7-25

This is the only place I take my car for repairs. I had car trouble the night before and needed to get it fixed. Baker and the team took my car 10 minutes before their opening time. I needed some work and it took some labor to get it fixed. They kept me informed on the work progress and even offered me pizza during lunchtime. Pizza aside you just don't get this awesome service anymore. I've never had a bad experience with this shop. I highly recommend this establishment. Their lobby is cool too, water, coffee, restroom 👌 Kudos!
