Had great experience getting ourToyota RAV4 fixed here. The whole team was very friendly and thorough. WE would get consistent updates via text and phone calls. Quick turnaround and great work done on fixing our car. They also worked with our insurance company to make sure all the damages properly addressed.

I'm so pleased with the repair of the scratches and cracks, as well as the repainting of the front and back bumpers on my Toyota Prius! They gave me a fair quote, offered me options to choose from, and never pressured me to sign right away. Once I decided to go with them, they sent regular email updates to keep me informed on the progress. They estimated it would take several days to allow the paint to dry properly, and there were no delays. They kept my car inside the shop. You are treated like a King or a Queen at Royal Automotive - The Best Mechanical repair and Body Shop in Chicagoland. I cannot say enough about the Royal family and I am glad I met them. On a dark late night heading east on Lake Cook Road just passing Milwaukee avenue last August, the largest deer I ever have seen jumped from the curb and I hit him. This is the first time I ever hit any animal in 45 years of driving. Thank goodness I was driving my 2017 GMC Yukon as the state trooper said that if we were in a car we most likely wouldn't be alive. After hitting the deer, the vehicle shut itself off due to the damage and automatic safety control, and the state trooper said that the RAV 4 behind and next to me hit it right after I did, and it totaled their vehicle. I had the vehicle towed to my mechanic and asked his advice and he mentioned Royal Automotive would be my best bet, it may take time but he assured me that they can do everything. After speaking with the owner Sue, she told me that it would take a few weeks just for them to look at it and then they would have to deal with our insurance carrier, and they definitely did an excellent job with them. I received an email with their guidelines and details of the entire process. Wow is all I can say as everything was so detailed for what the entire process would be in order to rebuild my truck. Our insurance company on the surface wanted to consider it a total, but after further inspection, and Royals detailed input, they felt the vehicle can be repaired and still be reliable for many years. Between the body work and mechanical work they felt it would cost around $12k to repair everything. The radiator and framework, ac unit, battery and all mechanicals on the driver side would need replacing. Sue told me that this may take up to a month to do everything and it was well worth the wait. I received emails twice a week with details of what stage my vehicle was in and the status. One week before they finished I was invited to see the vehicle before they were going to paint it. It was incredible to see the raw parts mixed onto the truck, and the finished product was fantastic. I also had a 10" scratch on the passenger side from a parking lot incident that they repaired and you would never know it was there. When I picked up my vehicle it was just like if not better than brand new, and now ten months later it drives great, looks great, and I get compliments on how good it looks. I cannot say enough great things about Royal Automotive, and they are the BEST in their field that I have ever dealt with and always recommend them. 5 stars for everything they did to bring my truck a new life. (This was not a paid ad and I am not an actor, just a happy customer).

Royal Automotive made my car look better than when I bought it new, somehow. They were timely, communicative, and organized. They handled all communication with the insurance company and made sure I was in the loop. Their prices were fair and their estimates were sound. Don't hesitate to use them. They're very far from where I live but I would not go anywhere else if I ever need more bodywork.

I'm a repeat customer of Royal Automotive. They do superior body work, while making the process extremely easy. They did an excellent job coordinating with my insurance company and their communication to me during the repair process was stellar. They are a family run business and will treat you like one of their own, which is wonderful because most folks who are bringing their car in for repair have been through a stressful experience either through an accident or auto theft like myself. It was comforting to know that they took excellent care of my car and returned it to me looking like new. I'll highly recommend them with 5 stars!
