North Park Auto Service

I’ve been taking our van to North Park Auto for years, and I’ve always appreciated their work and reasonable prices. A word about their honesty: I had taken our van to get an oil change at a place that rhymes with Liffy Jube. Liffy Jube insisted my rear breaks needed to be changed immediately, and obviously offered to do them for me. I didn’t have time then (and generally don’t trust Liffy Jube for more than oil changes), and wanted to see what North Park quoted. I called North Park and their quote was comparable. After I dropped my car off at North Park, North Park called after looking at my van and said my breaks were fine, and didn’t need work after all, saving me hundreds in unnecessary …

Took my car in for a brake job and oil change—total came to about $450. The staff was friendly, but the service felt rushed. They didn't offer much in terms of explanation or options, and I had to follow up for updates. While the work seems fine, I expected more transparency and communication for the price. Not sure if I'd return without clearer service.

Great and honest service. Very reasonable and affordable prices. I come all the way down from Indianapolis to see this mechanic because they are so reliable.

I have been so lucky to have been working with North Park Auto for five years to help maintain my ride share business. They have been more than fair and so unbelievable easy to talk to. If there has ever been an issue, part malfunction or any other mishap; they have always stood behind their work and made a situation right. I don't what I would do without having them apart of my business team. I can't recommend them enough.
