Brought my 2018 Chevy Impala in for several issues Mike took care of them all Vehicle hasn’t run this good in years Thanks again Mike!

I was at the Emissions place nearby and my tire blew up and I didn't have another choice. I limped to this place and Mike sold me a dry rotted tired for $67. At 1st he quoted me $80. He told me he gave me what he had and a used tire is as -is. Than he offered me $20 and told me to NEVER BRING MY car there again. He's dishonest abd sold a woman a bad tire. If I could I would give him no stars! Please don't patronize this dishonest business.

If you are looking for help with your car look no further than this place! This is customer service!! So I bought a used car. And I do my own oil changes. But this used car that I bought, I could not get the oil filter off, not to mention I had other things to do. First, I went to my local gas station. They told me to come another day because they were busy. So I decided to try the local mechanic, the manager looked at me and told me they have to go to lunch. 3rd,I decided to try pro-auto. I passed this place several times very skeptical about this place. But I decided to give it a shot since I had nothing to lose. The manager Lee helped me right away! My oil filter was loose in 2 minutes. He even inspected my used car and told me there is no major problems. I said, how much I owe you, after all I did take up his time. He said “ don’t worry about it.” That day, I found good customer service when I needed it the most!

Mike is very genuine and knowledgeable. He's definitely a mechanic you can trust. He gets thr job done . Highly recommend

I live next midway airport and needed a mechanic in the area I can trust. I read the reviews for this shop and gave it a shot. I had a great experience coming here. The mechanics care about their customers and are knowledgeable at what they do I brought my car in last minute, they took it and had my alternator replaced the very next day. Fast service, quality work, 2 year warranty and knowing that the job is going to get done right? Definitely coming back next time I have a problem with my vehicle
