The garage door in my condo failed. It was an extra wide, extra heavy door with a commercial motor. We’ve had others out to fix various things with it over the years. Roberts was quick to send out Aaron who did an amazing job. Quick, great communication, and thorough. Truly some of the best service I’ve ever encountered while taking care of anything building related. Was it the cheapest? I don’t know and couldn’t care less. The price was 100% fair for the service and work that was done. He noticed multiple things that were wrong with the original install, fixed them, and after he was done, the door is damn near silent (after it used to wake up neighbors it was so loud). I can’t recommend these guys enough.

Luis at Robert’s Garage Door Professionals was exceptional! He was honest about what was needed and saved me from replacing the entire door — just two long brackets and a proper alignment fixed the issue. The door now works perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I’m glad I followed the recommendation, and this company will definitely be my go-to for any garage door or opener repairs and replacements. Highly recommend.

We've used Robert's Garage Door Professionals three times in the past two years and have only had positive experiences. They are easy to set an appointment with, communicative about arrival time, professional and friendly, great about explaining the issue and what to look out for in the future, and efficient. We've worked with Maurizio, Michael, and Jimmy and each one of them have been kind, knowledgeable, and worked fast. Most recently, Jimmy was very personable and was helpful in explaining the lifespan of different parts and even checked our other garage door to make sure everything was running smooth. Ben from the office was also helpful with coordinating technician schedules. Overall, a great team of people and we will continue to use Robert's for any garage door issues.

Josh and Robert's Garage Door Professionals are fantastic!!! We were ready to replace our sliding gate assembly at our condo building but Josh showed us our installation was good and things just needed realignment. Josh was so helpful! Those 3 lights on the indicator have not been on in a while. The sliding gate was operational again. Thank you so much!!!

Robert's Garage Door Professionals is definitely one of the best garage door service companies I have ever worked with. Anthony (Maui) is an excellent and very knowledgeable technician, who spent a lot of time diagnosing a difficult problem concerning the intermittent starting and stopping of our commercial garage door during both the up and down cycles of operation. Maui was able to find and repair the problem that two other garage door companies could not isolate. Robert's Garage Door Professionals are honest, fast, reasonably priced, courteous and will arrive on time to service any of your garage door needs. I highly recommend Robert's to everyone!
