Always use this parking garage when going for passports. Excellent location. Good people.

Easy entry/exit and not too bad of a ramp for my low vehicle. Was only parked here for a few hours during a concert and didn't feel unsafe walking back late at night.

Hotbed for crime and vandalism. Do not park here! ----- I'd parked at this location monthly for 17 years, from 2005 until today. When I first started parking there, it had a front desk attendant, 24-hour security, a gate for the upper levels (and an opener for those of us who paid for access), and 24-hour stair access. ***BEWARE! CAR WAS BROKEN INTO*** My car was broken into over the weekend of 7/16/22. Luckily nothing valuable was in my car, but the person broke out my window and had stuff everywhere. This place is in a nice location and the staff is overall friendly, HOWEVER they have ZERO security on premises. There was a mass car vandalism/break-in that just occurred at this garage under the CURRENT management on 6/22/2019. I have attached pictures as proof.
