Easy entry/exit and not too bad of a ramp for my low vehicle. Was only parked here for a few hours during a concert and didn't feel unsafe walking back late at night.

Hotbed for crime and vandalism. Do not park here! ----- I'd parked at this location monthly for 17 years, from 2005 until today. When I first started parking there, it had a front desk attendant, 24-hour security, a gate for the upper levels (and an opener for those of us who paid for access), and 24-hour stair access. All of that is gone now. Get there after 6 pm? Sorry, stairway is closed, so you have to walk up the same one-lane ramp the cars use. All the mirrors that help cars see around the corner as they drive up and down the ramp have been smashed and not replaced, so you just have to hope people are driving extra carefully as you walk the ramp. Obviously, this also means security is checked out on nights and weekends -- the times and days when security is most needed. People throw parties on the roof, which has had every square inch of every surface tagged (and some of the graffiti looks pretty cool, so good job, but it underscores just how little anybody cares about keeping an eye on the place). I'm currently riding in a tow truck following a catalytic converter theft, but I've also had my car vandalized multiple times (including twice in three days once) and once even had it towed despite being in good standing, just because someone working the lot didn't see my sticker and decided, after 15 years of my car being in the same spot, I must not be a customer there. Well, after 17 years, that person is finally correct. If you value not worrying about the state of your car when it's parked somewhere in the city, pay a little extra to park somewhere other than here.

***BEWARE! CAR WAS BROKEN INTO*** My car was broken into over the weekend of 7/16/22. Luckily nothing valuable was in my car, but the person broke out my window and had stuff everywhere. I had to get plastic put on while I awaited my appointment. For some reason, I parked there again the next night, thinking it would be cool since they already saw I had nothing inside. They broke in again, and from the stains and smell I’m sure they slept inside my car. My car wasn’t the only one vandalized that weekend. Seems like they targeted people with out of state tags. It was also raining, DON’T PARK OVERNIGHT DURING BAD WEATHER! I’ve been paying to stay in this garage monthly for 3 months. It doesn’t have a gate to keep anyone out and although the signs insist you wait for an attendant…But NO ONE WILL COME AFTER 5PM or ON THE WEEKEND. It’s 4 stories high and there’s an elevator available but only when a parking attendant is there. So you’ll end up walking up that narrow ramp when there’s no one there. You’ll also risk getting blocked in if you pay monthly. And they will have something to say if you don’t park all the way back. They will not offer any courtesy to a returning customer. I asked if they’d give me a portion of my monthly parking fee back because I didn’t feel secure parking there anymore and there’s still a week left in the month. Of course they said no. Then the manager started to ignoring me. All I wanted to know is if Safelite could come inside the garage to fix my window. This was only a temporary parking solution until my apartment got more open parking spaces. This is NOT A GOOD LONG-TERM parking option. I took the risk and paid the price.

This place is in a nice location and the staff is overall friendly, HOWEVER they have ZERO security on premises. There was a mass car vandalism/break-in that just occurred at this garage under the CURRENT management on 6/22/2019. I have attached pictures as proof. Multiple car windows broken, doors unlocked, hood ornaments stolen, etc. Luckily my car was safe, but to see almost a dozen cars with shattered windows and doors picked was sad. DO NOT. I REPEAT. DO NOT GET A MONTHLY PASS OR EVEN AN OVERNIGHT PASS FROM THIS GARAGE UNTIL THEY HAVE BETTER SECURITY!
