Chronic car break ins with useless security - do not park here if you can help it. Our car was broken into at night and we only realized it after going back to get the car the following day (1pm). Management claims to have called us, but we had no missed calls at all. Both rear windows were completely taken out, with items stolen. When we went to find management, we overheard security saying “besides one break in last night, everything else is good”. This is apparently so common place at this lot that they can just brush it off like that. Security then proceeded to tell us that they intercepted the perp (a guy on a bike), but then let him go (???!!!). I won’t be surprised if security at this lot is in on the crime. Management made no attempt to contact the police, and told us we can call CPD if we want.

Quite convenient and walkable to lot of different hotels near by. It is cheap option via SpotHero, that gives unlimited In-Out option. I stayed in Westin so it made it very easy and it was almost 50% cheaper. I will surely book this parking again when I am in the area. Very easy to find and works very well.

Elevators are always down. They even have posted signage because of the complaints. Many times all of them are down so they are not compliant with the ADA. See the photo for their note.

Car window completely broken out the first night of our 3 night parking reservation through Spothero. I parked on the 6th floor near the elevators. Spothero reviews were much higher for this garage and I trusted them, but Google reviews show more negative reviews and a more realistic picture of this questionable garage. Security was there driving around at 8am the morning I realized the broken window and said there's nothing to be done, no surveillance on vehicle. Had to file a police report and deal with insurance and a $300 emergency window repair during our vacation. Nightmare. Sketchy garage.

Cheapest garage around through spothero. It clearly stated NO in/out in the app so I don't get why some people report that's not true... Also, no issue exiting, no extra charge. So that all worked out fine. The only disadvantage I've experienced is that the spots are VERY narrow. And don't use the staircase. People pee there. I can see how some people report break ins, there was a security officer downstairs when we got back but anyone can walk in. But I guess that's true for any garage around.
