Washington Wells iParkit Garage

10 people, myself included, we're trying to get to our cars. Elevators didn't work, no one was answering when we called, and even if we did want to climb the stairs, there was no access to stairs from the lobby. I had to walk five floors up the ramp where cars come in, then find my way back down to the fourth floor, just to get to my car and get out of there. These people need to be sued into homelessness.

Stay AWAY!!!! $59 for about 4 hours. Way too expensive. There are better deals just down the block.

Used the parking lot on Friday after Thanksgiving 2024 for a little over 2 hrs. Charge: $57 !!! - see attached photos. The price is so steep, that it should be illegal. You think that parking your car for two 2-3 hours would be relatively expensive - and I agree - but not 3x of the daily rate! (3x$19=$57) In one of the Google review responses, iPark states that their rates are available at each entrance (see photo) - no, they are not. No hourly rates are available at 217 W Washington (see photo taken an hours ago - I work next building). The entrance sign is misleading. I will file a complaint with Chicago Department of Finance and with the Office of Inspector General for unethical prac…
