10 people, myself included, we're trying to get to our cars. Elevators didn't work, no one was answering when we called, and even if we did want to climb the stairs, there was no access to stairs from the lobby. I had to walk five floors up the ramp where cars come in, then find my way back down to the fourth floor, just to get to my car and get out of there. These people need to be sued into homelessness.

Stay AWAY!!!! $59 for about 4 hours. Way too expensive. There are better deals just down the block.

worst experience ever!!! i had reserved a parking garage in spot hero before hand for $17. went in this parking garage it was the wrong one therefore i told the intercom this since we couldn’t go in. the lady told us that she would open the gate for us & we could leave without any additional charges to just scan the barcode again (we figured she made from changes on her end) we believed this and went ahead. when the time came to leave they would not let us. we waited 30 mins for the manager to come out for him to be passive aggressive right away. we told him what his employee told us and responded instantly saying that there was no way that was true. that he would not let us leave without paying the $60. asked him to pull up the recorded phone calls and refused saying he would not do that bc he knew his employees would never say that when they did. saying we had an attitude when he immediately accused us of lying? we would have just drove back if the lady didn’t assure us that there wasn’t a problem parking there. this place should find better managers or work on their employees. we just ended up paying bc he was firm on not letting us leave and was raising his voice we didn’t want any problems. overall manage was rude, passive aggressive, and seems to hate his job. don’t give ur money to this parking garage yall

Used the parking lot on Friday after Thanksgiving 2024 for a little over 2 hrs. Charge: $57 !!! - see attached photos. The price is so steep, that it should be illegal. You think that parking your car for two 2-3 hours would be relatively expensive - and I agree - but not 3x of the daily rate! (3x$19=$57) In one of the Google review responses, iPark states that their rates are available at each entrance (see photo) - no, they are not. No hourly rates are available at 217 W Washington (see photo taken an hours ago - I work next building). The entrance sign is misleading. I will file a complaint with Chicago Department of Finance and with the Office of Inspector General for unethical practice. Doing a cc stop payment is an option also.

The best self parking in the loop. All the turns have enough space so that you can confidently drive going up and down. The location is super. Price is only $16 for a whole day. The updated system helps you in and out easier than ever
