⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service – Highly Recommend! I recently had a flat tire and went to Pep Boys at 1314 W. Grand Ave. (Store #6667). I explained to the manager, Pablo, that I needed to pick up my grandchildren by 1:00 PM and asked if they could possibly help me quickly. Pablo was absolutely amazing—he saw the two car seats in my vehicle and made it a priority to get me back on the road. Francisco, the technician who worked on my car, was also fantastic. He was courteous, professional, and had my tire repaired in just 40 minutes. The entire team went above and beyond to accommodate me, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you, Pablo and Francisco, for your kindness, professionalism, and speedy service. This is exactly the kind of customer care that keeps people coming back. Highly recommended!

Mike was awesome - Car running very well. In a world were customer service has died, It is wonderful to find someone that has awesome customer service skills. Mike is a gem and Pep boys is lucky to have him!

I'm mad I didn't look at the reviews before going to this location. This place has horrible service. I took my car in on Tuesday because the check engine light was on. Told them I will leave it and reach out to them on Wednesday because they were closing in 2hrs. I called the next day only for them not to know which vehicle was mine. They never even looked at it. Here it is Friday and I haven't heard from them. This is exactly one of the reasons I go to the actual dealership because they would have had a diagnostic done, and had me back driving the same day. I picked my car up, not too long after they opened, and the guy at the counter gave me my key with no hesitation. My car was still sitting in the back where I first parked when I left it with them. 😤

Recently had bought the tiers online on pep boys website, the discretion shows all season tires. But actually is summer tier. I have to talked to manager for exchange. However, after the correct tire installed, when I drive in high speed it feels little vibration, not sure if the tire imbalance or what.

These guys were a HUGE help in a pinch. I drove to the shop without an appointment because the plate under my car had become loose while I was driving to the city and was scraping against the ground. They put my car up and showed me what had happened. They kindly were about to temporarily attach the plate back up so I could get my car to a dealership- but then another tech came over and said he had bolts that would fit my car. They got me all fixed up in under 30 minutes. They also pointed out some other things I should get checked out while under the car and allowed me to take pics. THANK YOU so much team!
