I highly recommend Lucas Tire & Autocare. I was in need of new tires and my car uses a unique size, they were able to get them ordered as soon as possible. Followed up with me on a timely manner and tires were replaced pretty fast. Their staff has great customer service skills and are very knowledgeable.

I've been going to this shop for over 15 years. The mechanics know their stuff. The upgrade of the place is top tier and the service was great. They tell the the true problems with your vehicle and recommend the truth on what needs to be fix first if it's more than one issue. Last thing is your car will be done in great timing. The most my car was at the shop was 2 days because of parts. I would recommend this shop to anyone having car issues.

I did an alignment on Friday and went home. The next morning the trucks steering wheel is off. I took it again and the guy says its not his problem. Meanwhile, they have a warranty they will not honor. I went back home to call and make an appointment for 8:00am. I get there and nobody can take care of me till 10am. horrible service, poor quality work, unacceptable, 0 accountability, they waste your time and make you jump thru hoops as many times they want and resolve nothing, just wasted $145. Hear me out guys, DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE, AGAIN DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, there is no professionalism. Consumer Fraud.

I went to Lucas to have tires checked before a road trip and they found 2 screws and took care of the repair quickly. They noticed my tire sensors for pressure were not working and said they could repair them. I have a Mercedes and decided against it at the dealer due to cost. They installed all new Mercedes sensors for less than 1/2 of what Mercedes quoted. Service was excellent! I highly recommend Lucas!

I've been going to Lucas Tire and AutoCare for years for routine oil changes and have always trusted their work. Recently, I went in for new tires and was informed I had a bent rim—something I hadn’t noticed. They were extremely transparent about the issue and offered what I felt was a very reasonable price. My car drives fantastic now. I'm so grateful for their honesty and great service. Highly recommend!
