Brought in my own muffler and they tried to sell me their own because my muffler will "catch police attention" I declined and wanted my own muffler installed anyway and after being told they would "bend" some piping to give it a cleaner look, they literally used a straight pipe, welds were absolutely horrible and to get charged $200+ for just that service is insane

I went to this place with my madza and the nice professional lady upfront Maria was polite and professional. They did a excellent job on new brakes and rotors. I recommend this place for everyone

Was referred to this place by a trusted friend and was super excited to get my service done although was a bit nervous as I’ve never been here before and thought it would be best to call beforehand to get a few questions and concerns I had out the way before I arrived! I called the establishment multiple times about every little question before I decided to come to this location as it is extremely out the way from my home. I was quoted over the phone for the service and agreed that was a fair price although before committing asked if I needed my physical card or if the could accept a photo of my card before arriving if not so I can make a stop home as I was coming directly from work in the opposite direction; I was told a photo would be enough and hurried on my way as they had availability to see me immediately. I patiently waited 2 hours when quoted service time would approximately be one hour. When the service was finally complete I was super excited and thrilled to have my car back and eagerly waited to have my card information processed and be on my way, yet, in that moment was told unfortunately they won’t be able to accept a photo of my card and needed the physical card after being told repeatedly I didn’t before arrival. Then I asked to speak to a manager and was met with much resistance before I could finally get in contact with one; consistently being asked, “what do you need to speak with a manager for?” I then explained to the manager the situation and he said without the physical card he cannot move forward with my payment and I asked ok, how can you help me in this situation? Reimbursement for an uber to and from my home to get the physical card would be approximately 80$ so I thought a discount to help alleviate the trouble they have put me under in relation to my time going back and forth now, the extra money I had to use to get to and from now as they held my car until they got payment, and the overwhelming stress they put me in after misleading and offering me false information before service. They unfortunately to my surprise said they can’t offer me anything and cannot and will not help me with anything. Definitely do not plan to ever come back and would strongly advise anyone to seek assistance somewhere else as I could only imagine if they’re offering false information over the phone what other information are they willing to lie about? Also being unprofessional on top of that and unwilling to help clientele in stressful situations the establishment could have avoided If offered correct information over the phone.
