I’ve had the pleasure of working with Eric on several occasions and I can confidently say he’s one of the most dependable and cost-effective mechanics I’ve ever worked with. The previous shop that replaced my alternator had broken a clip, which caused the alternator to become unplugged. Eric quickly figured it out and secured the connection, and I was back on the road shortly after. Eric is the real deal! My serpentine belt broke on my 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander, and he came through the very next day to get me back on the road. Not only did he replace the belt quickly and efficiently, but he also topped off the fluids my car needed going the extra mile without me even asking. I can’t recommend Eric enough for his outstanding mobile mechanic services. When my Jeep unexpectedly broke down and I urgently needed help, I searched online and found Eric's website. I texted him and he was incredibly quick to respond to my request. He immediately set up an appointment to check out my Jeep the following day. My Jeep ended up needing a new starter and battery and Eric did a fantastic job installing everything on-site. Installing the starter was extremely difficult, Eric had to remove a lot of parts to reach the starter and even made two trips to buy the new parts. Throughout the repair, he was professional, thorough, efficient, and transparent with his pricing. Thanks to him, I was back on the road in no time. Recently, I had another issue where my car wouldn’t start. Once again, I called Eric, and he didn’t disappoint. He responded right away, told me what I needed to do, step by step, and I was able to start up my Jeep. His knowledge, reliability, and excellent customer service are unmatched.
