I had an extremely disappointing experience at Art’s Auto near 73rd & California. I went in for both paint and mechanical work, and both were done poorly. For the paint job, they didn’t even paint the full piece. The gloss coat only made the poor job stand out. As for the mechanical work, they changed my headlamp but damaged it in the process. When I asked them to fix the damage, they refused and demanded more money. They also yelled at me when I raised the issue. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. This was hands down the worst auto service experience I’ve ever had. Terrible customer service, poor workmanship, and zero accountability. I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone.
