Had a leak in my tire that was plugged, they took my tire after I explained that the plug didn’t work and it was leaking. 4 days later and no call. I call and was told that they will not patch a tire that has a plug in it. Why would they take my tire and charge me if they don’t make that repair? Why did no one call me to tell me this for 4 days!!??? Horrible service. Stick to groceries Costco.

I came here together replacement tires for my car. The price was the best that I had found. I did think it took longer than expected to get it done. But some of the comments on here seem to overdo it.

If you schedule an appointment it's ok. If you try and do a walk-in forget about it. You would have to leave your car and sit there for a couple of hours. Waiting to see if they could get them mounted. Even with an appointment. It takes over an hour to get your tires installed

I bought my tires online. They called me for the appointment, but when I went there was a mix-up and they couldn't help me. They still resolved it. They put me in at the end of the day. They located my car, because in my tiredness, I forgot where I parked it. They were very kind even though I wasn't in my best mood. I am truly grateful for the staff and the experience in this department …
