Horrible horrible experience here! I came in for repairing an anklet clasp and shortening it. I had to remind him to do the repair after waiting for over a week. It was ready at the last possible day that I requested as I was going out of town. When I arrived to pick up the anklet, he had only done the repair and didn’t shorten! I was headed out of town so I had no time to wait. What a waste!!! Instead of erring on the side of right and customer service and completing the job with a discount, he charged me full price for an incomplete job. DO NOT GO HERE!

Beautiful and efficient engraving of a rose gold ring. He is very friendly and professional. The engraving was delivered earlier than expected which was much appreciated!

This review is long overdue. I can't recommend this jewelry repair shop enough! I brought in a poorly crafted Mejuri gold bracelet that had needed multiple repairs and clasp replacements. The owner went above and beyond to ensure everything was fixed perfectly. He's not only kind and honest about his work but also incredibly affordable. The fact that he takes walk-ins and completes the repairs in 30 minutes or less is truly amazing. If you need any jewelry repairs, this is the place to go!

Brought in a delicate necklace for repair. Expert! He was fast and quality work. He noticed I forgot a crucial piece and when I returned he quoted me a few days, took only two. Cant even tell i broke it! Affordable. One of those places where you just know they know what they're doing, that's here. A one man "shop" with full attention to detail.
