Sam spent the entire day at our place installing a new air conditioning system. It was a HOT day and never once did he seem put out. And by the end of the day my place was cool! Also, 5 stars for his helper, who worked non stop, all day long! They both deserve a raise!

We have had HeatCool as our HVAC company for close to 25 years. They installed central air in 2001. Then we upgraded to a new furnace and air conditioning in 2019. HeatCool has been wonderful to work with over the years. They are.reliable, and have provided great customer service (looking at you Theresa!). Sam is a wonderful technician! He is knowledgeable, considerate and efficient. A+++

Five stars for their technician, Sam — zero for their salesman, John. Sam was excellent — professional, thorough, and clearly committed to doing the job right. His work stood out and gave me confidence in the service. John, however, was a very different story. He wouldn't provide the clarity I asked for regarding the diagnosis and instead defaulted straight into a hard sell for full replacement. I made multiple attempts to have a constructive conversation and understand the reasoning behind the recommendation, but he repeatedly shut it down. Had he engaged in good faith, I was planning to show him written confirmation from his colleague Theresa — who, using my unit’s serial number, had clearly stated that part replacements were possible. But instead of listening, he continued pushing the sale without regard for my questions or the information I had. Their quote was also $1,800 higher than competitors, which he only addressed after I raised it — suddenly offering to match it. The interaction felt more like pressure than professionalism. John’s approach cost them a sale they otherwise could’ve easily earned. Sam deserves better representation.

We had two blowers replaced. Sameer and his other team member were efficient and professional. So far, our system is working good again. I would recommend him for your hvac needs.

I made an appointment for two air conditioners to be replaced. The person on the phone was very nice and helpful. She told me which size units to get for my rooms. When they were installing the two, I decided to get two more, so all ac’s in my apartment would be new. Even though the two additional units were the same size as one of the ones just installed, they cost more, turns out they were newer models. Great! Problem is the one they installed on the first day the old model, must of been in the warehouse a long time, and doesn’t cool the room. I called, and they sent someone out, who said there was nothing they can do, it does send out cold air, and to contact the manufacturer. I paid for a brand new unit, and although it might be new it doesn’t work as it should. Unfortunately Heat Cool will sell older equipment and when it doesn’t work passes the buck. As long as you don’t have a problem they are great, but if you do buyer beware.
