I initially contacted Four Seasons, but they quickly jumped to recommending an expensive part replacement without really taking the time to understand the problem. Thankfully, I found Igor. He came in, clearly with vast experience as he knew the exact makes and spec of our HVAC and condenser and quickly identified the real issue — something completely different from what the other company suggested.
