If I could give this place a negative 0, I would. About a month ago, I stopped in to inquire about my check engine light on my SUV. The guy who helped me was so pleasant. Reset it for me and told me if I was having any more issues, please bring it back in. The light came back on, so I stopped in and explained what was going on. This rude little man at the front desk kept asking me for a receipt or it would a $70 charge for a diagnostic check. My son warned me about them because they broke his glove compartment and had amnesia as if he brought it in like that. I watched another customer come in and I see why the rude little man insisted on it. Everything they do is BY HAND. I was so disgusted, I walked out and drove to DuPage County where the people are friendlier and the person taking care of me could pull my name up in the system and see a history of what was done on my vehicle. A word of advice, upgrade your systems and change your nasty attitude!!!

My issue is finally resolved, so here’s the review. Junior and the team here are the most patient and persistent ever. I brought my car here in July for a mysterious oil link. The leak was only a drip that started after the car had been sitting for some time, so it was a bit difficult to detect. I came back maybe three times before the leak was identified. It was initially thought that my oil pan was cracked, but I was also told that it could be something else, but we wouldn’t know for certain until the oil pan and gasket was replaced. After that work was done, I continued to have a leak and I returned several times over three months. In fact, I returned so many times, we jokes that we’re cousins now. LOL Each time I returned Junior and team were diligent in trying to stop the leak. Finally after changing the oil pan twice and replacing the gasket three times. It was recommended that I try another shop because the leak might had been coming from behind the transmission, which isn’t work they manage. I was able to find another mechanic, they made the same diagnosis and repaired it. No more oil leak! Im not stoked to be out of $1000+ for work I didnt need, which means this repair has cost me double what it would it have cost had it been diagnosed from the start, but I do appreciate SuperMax working at the issue to figure the root cause.

Be aware this particular mechanic shop is a scam. They advertise free estimates but yet they charge you $50. How is there free? I already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about this shop. The prices they quote you might as well go to a the dealership. So don't be deceived by the sign that say free estimate cuz it's not free. And the man at the front desk is very mean rude and racist. One more thing they want you to still pay the $50 even if they can't figure out the problem. So much for that free estimate.

The most unprofessional lying conniving auto mechanics you ever want to go to first of all they have a sign posting free estimate. But they want to charge you $70 just for looking at your vehicle they couldn't even figure out the problem with my brakes and they still wanted me to pay them $70. You want to avoid these type of places all these people are set up like Meineke, Car-X and all the other Crooks. They take advantage of minority and old people. I heard one mechanic laughing at how they charged an old lady $175 to tighten a loose battery cable. NOT GOOD People. ((and they offer people $10 off their price if they give a good Google review))

Brought in my 2016 Nissan Maxima for an AC issues. These fellas right here do not play games or waste time. FAIR and fast, with skillful mechanics on hand. Now this is how a well organized successful business is ran. Many thanks and all future business moving forward will be taken care of here. I never thought I'd say this but I found my shop. 🫡
