My friend asked for my help. Her Mini Countryman had a couple serious issues. Mini wanted $10-12,000 to fix the issues. These folks were recommended and they did not disappoint The original issues were repaired and two other things were found that were needing immediate attention. Communication was amazing, parts were OEM and the repairs were $5,000 or more less than the dealer. Great work by good people.

Lou JT, and Mike are the best. This is hands down the best place to take cars for regular maintenance or any problems. With my old, problem-filled jaguar, they helped with every issue. With my newer Lexus they do fantastic maintenance. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this shop for your Euro or Japanese car needs. Every member of the team I've dealt with is professional, considerate, and friendly. Lou really took his time to explain everything and go over options and was very realistic about what was needed and whether it might or might not be worth it. A good vibes shop you can trust, in my opinion.

My first experience at E&J was the mid 90’s, I took my BMW 750 here for service and always received great customer service , a quick turnaround, and more than reasonable prices. Today I take my 1991 Mercedes Benz 420 SEL here for service and receive the same great service I did back in the mid 90’s! I live on the far south side of Chicago, and I make the trip north, because I wouldn’t trust any other shop with my vehicle and all that comes with it at E&J!

Lou and the team at E&J provide excellent auto service and communication. Their prices are reasonable and their knowledge and effort are unbeatable. I've referred dozens of friends and family and everyone has walked away satisfied. I took my first car (German sedan) to Lou in 2008 when it came off warranty. Turns out the dealer had not addressed a number of issues as the car reached the end of the warranty. Lou walked me around the car, pointed out what was critical and what could wait a few months and helped me budget what was a lot of work. E&J has also worked on American and Japanese cars for us, equally well.
