I always take my cars to Firestone. I love thier customer service and honesty as a female I never feel like their taking advantage of me. Daniel schedule me an appointment for the next morning. I met Jose the next morning when i arrived he bent over backward to make sure I understood what I needed to have done immediately for safety and advised me when to follow up to complete to rest of the repairs. He helps me by applying any coupons to lower my cost. I am a loyal customer and will only allow the guys at 3650 N. Elston to fix my cars. Shout out to the female auto mechanic. Girl power !!!. I love to see females in a male dominant position

Alex and the crew at this location always do a great job. I’ve been in numerous times for tire replacements, and they always quickly get tires in and honor warranties and other deals. They also did a great job with pricing a shocks & struts deal compared to other places. Good service and communication, no nonsense, highly recommended.

I should have read the reviews prior to getting 4 new tires here. I order/rsvp my tires online on Tuesday, set my install for that Saturday. Go in at the scheduled time, they say they sold all the tires but will match with this "better" tire. Sounded way too good to be true.. I come back at the time they told me (3ish hours later) only to not have the car done and wait another hour (patiently) but then they tried to charge me almost $200 more? (without including alignment) Claiming it was due to installation fees, when in reality my original price had the installation fees included, showed him the screenshot and still nothing clicked for him. Finally to put the cherry on top they play the "we cant use this coupon" when literally the coupon said "spend $600 and get $100 off". Manager tried to argue that it's for ONE service only, not combined services? (Nothing mentioned of such on fine print either) Yet the coupon was called the epic all in event?

Warning: do not take your car for service here. This is a warning. All the bad reviews are genuine. I took my Jeep to this location, and they did a lousy job. My jeep needs a balancing and ailment on the front wheels. The quote was 169 dollars. I received a call saying that two log nuts were terrible and needed replacement. I say ok. I got a call about 30 minutes later. The mechanic told me they were having problems removing one lug nut. They need to use fire to remove it. I say ok. A couple of hours later, I got a call again, telling They need to use a unique tool to remove the lug nut. That some cosmetic damage might happen. I asked if I could still use the wheel, and the mechanic said it should be no problem and just cosmetic. The next day, I picked up the Jeep, and there was more than cosmetic damage. The Mechanic carved part of the rim to get the lug nut out. To make the story short, I was losing air on my tire. I had to take the Jeep to a small shop in an emergency. The guy where I took my Jeep removed the tier and told me, “Your tier is done. When he took the tier out, they bent the side of the rim. The mechanic tried to get the rim out and cracked it, and then they put the weight used to balance the tier on top of the broken rim. I called customer service and was told to email them what happened and a picture, which I did. A couple of weeks later, I received an email saying that after their investigation, they concluded that it didn't happen at their shop. They will pay me $80.00 if I sign a form and have a witness; they are not responsible for those damages. Please do the right thing, Firestone. I ended up paying $ 480.00 for a lousy job.
