This place is unprofessional! I brought my car in for a inspection for my air to tell me what the issue was with my air conditioner they did something my air was working for literally 5 minutes I brought my car back the man was gone and no one else couldn’t help me I wouldn’t let them fix a toy car let alone some one real car !

Call then no customer service attitude to get information that's a place I wouldn't want to spend my money with people can't give me correct answers or answer the questions that I'm asking

I absolutely Rocked with Joys Auto for over 10 years now. They are so accurate when finding out what’s wrong with your vehicle and repairing it. Easy going cool chill environment and staff. All The fellas there are great at what they do! Highly recommended.

On October 26,2022. I bought my 2013 Ford Escape into Joy Auto Repair Inc to be repaired. Prior to me going to Joy Auto Repair; My son went to Auto Zone and used their Diagnostic Scanner and P0303 appeared; Cylinder 3 Misfire Detected. Replace Fuel Injector. My son purchased the Fuel Injector from Auto Zone. On October 26, 2022 Mike charged me 325$ to have the Fuel Injector put in by one of his mechanic. I was told they would have to drop the engine in order to put in the Fuel Injector. I waited at Joy's until my car was finished. October 27, 2022 the check engine light came back on. I went back to Auto Zone and they plugged it back up to their Diagnostic Scanner and the same code appeared P0303 Cylinder 3 Misfire. I immediately took my car back to Joy Auto Repair and Will looked at my car. He immediately claimed that Auto Zone sold me a defective part. Will then told me that Auto Zone Diagnostic Scanner was out dated and Joy's Auto Repair had an better Diagnostic Scanner. Will plugged in the Diagnostic Scanner and code P0303 appeared. I told him I would like a refund because Joy Auto Repair didn't fix the issue. He stated that he wasn't going refunded the money because I purchased an Defective Fuel Injector from Auto Zone. Friday October 28, 2022 my son and I returned back to Joy Auto Repair so they could rectify the problem. We was told by one of the mechanic that I needed an Ingition Coil and Tune-up. We went back to Auto Zone and purchased an Coil and spark plugs the same mechanic from October 26, 2022 put on the Coil and Spark plugs. After the mechanic put on the Coil and Spark plugs the check engine light was still on. I was told by the mechanic the check engine was still on and my truck was shaking because I used regular gas instead of premium gas and I had an Defective Fuel Injector. Will stated I needed to burn out the old gasoline and the check engine light would go out and it was nothing else they could do. Later that evening my truck caught fire and exploded. Will stated he would try to work something out and offer me three cars all 2008 and tired to charge me 1,000$ for the cars.
