🔧 Morfin Cleaning Services

We contracted Morfin Cleaning Services for our 2024 Music Festival at La Villita Park. This project required maintaining the park clean throughout a community festival. We hired the team from 12 pm-12:00 am, but they did not leave until they did a final walkthrough as a team to verify that the 21-acre park was left in top condition to be enjoyed for Sunday visitors. Their team's work ethic, charisma, and teamwork contributed to the success of our festival. We would highly recommend Cibel and her team.

I hired Morfin to clean my 6-unit condo building's front carpeted stairs. The cleaning crew was supposed to arrive between 1:30-2:00pm but did not arrive until 3:45pm. I did not get an updated ETA and had to reach out to Morfin to ask if the team was still coming. The staff member who came was very nice and did all of the specific things I pointed out, but I realized after he left that he had not cleaned the baseboards (I didn't specifically ask for this as I thought it was included), the window sills were still a little dirty (though it looked like he had done a quick wipe) and he had not vacuumed the top landing of the carpeted stairs, which he may not have seen. Giving 3 stars because the price is good and communication with the admin of the company was always quick, but I expected more attention to detail from staff and would hope that scheduled services would arrive on time, or at least let me know they were going to be late.

Morfin did an amazing job cleaning out our 3 flat apartment building. It was a movein/moveout situation and the cleaning professionals washed and wiped down all the cabinets, walls, floors, woodwork and windows. They were very productive and thorough and stayed overtime to finish. It was a very difficult clean, especially the basement, and they maintained a high energy level for the many hours that they dedicated to the work. And they were very nice and pleasant throughout the day/evening. I will hire Morfin to perform any and all cleaning that they are willing to do at the house. You won’t find a better outfit.

My daughter was moving into her apartment in Fulton Market and the previous tenants were not moving out until the day before we were going to move her in. The landlord had not arranged for a cleaning service to come in, so I needed to set this up ASAP. I called several cleaning services but most of them do not provide cleaning on Sunday. Luckily, Morfin Cleaning Service does provide Sunday cleaning. I worked with Jacqueline and she was amazing. She was extremely responsive, friendly, helpful and patient. The cleaning service was able to arrive at 6:00 am on Sunday and they did an incredible job!!! The cost was reasonable and well worth the money. The apartment was spotless! I highly recommend Morfin Cleaning Services.

We contracted Morfin for cleaning of our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit at the recommendation of a colleague and could not be happier! The cleaning is in advance of a visit from one of our moms, and we all know how that can go, so we are so relieved to have such great service. The administrative team is super responsive, the cleaner that came was awesome and respectful of us both working from home, and paying online was so easy! Will definitely use them again!
