Larry was very thorough. The report was detailed, listed all the issues he found in the house with pictures. He used his PRO camera and inspected the entire roof and captured images. He found a few major issues during his inspection. It helped me make decision to move forward with purchasing the house or not. I am pleased with his work. Will recommend him to anybody who is looking to buying a house.

Ron and his team were quick, fast, and efficient! I reached out to Ron on Monday evening requesting a lead-based paint inspection from a licensed inspector by Thursday morning for my CHA annual inspection—and he delivered! I truly appreciate the prompt response and professional service.

I highly recommend the services of Ron Robins and his team at AmeriSpec Inspection Services. Mr. Robins is an honorable man of his word and his team performed a thorough inspection and gave detailed average cost analysis of each repair/replacement of items to help my buyer make an informed decision.

Inspectors Sam: I recently had an inspection completed by inspector Sam. Sam is very thorough and detailed in his work. He provided photos and an explanation of what he was examining. Sam identified potential issues and provided recommendations for repairs and further investigation which gave me peace of mind. He was on time moved very efficiently, answered all my questions, and very professional. He also provided me with potential post estimates and very valuable recommendations. Thank you.
