🔧 Unibody Auto Collision

First time visiting this auto repair shop and my overall experience was excellent! The person who helped us was super - friendly, professional, and did an excellent job. They have affordable prices. I will definitely recommend this place!

A few days ago, a neighbor backed into my car and made a dent which kept the passenger door from opening more than a few inches. I had gone to Unibody II once before for body work, and they did an excellent job and were super-friendly. Today I took the car to get an estimate, and said I didn't care about how the car looked, as it's a 2003 and has some dents already. I just wanted to be able to open the door. Unibody II Auto Collision guys got a few tools out and fixed it in a few minutes and they didn't charge me anything! They said it was a simple fix , they were happy to do it, and they appreciated good reviews. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND UNIBODY II AUTO COLLISION!

Terrible service completely unprofessional. Mark was very argumentative the whole time and dismissive off all my concerns. Tryed to say that damage was from a previous accident so he would not fix it although I have pictures to prove the damage was not there when I handed the car over. Demanded all my prior work be shown to him for the car. Yelled at my father and mother who where there at the time left OIL on the hood of the car as well and some compounds for adhesive and some black tar on the chrome which was never fully cleaned by them. Then proceeded to call my insurance behind my back to try and make a claim on the car. I was then apologized to by the owner who said he would take care of everything but then two days later I revived a call from my insurance. Odd thing is I never gave the insurance info the only way they could have gotten it was from going into the glove box. I did ask the insurance if they may have given it out and they claim that they did no such thing so it leads me to believe that I was lied to just to get me out the door
