Just got my car back, very impressed.

This auto shop is the worst and so is the customer service. I dropped my car off in December 2023 and still haven’t received it back and today is July 25 2024. The amount for the repair was paid in full in February. I have called and called no one answers. The owner Naaman keeps giving me the run around for when it will be completed. I am now in a civil suite with the business. Do not take your cars here for repairs! This man will rip you off!

I only wish I could give negative stars. The ABSOLUTE WORST experience I’ve had and will probably ever have dealing with a place. My car was here for NINE MONTHS. 263 DAYS due to the blatant incompetence of everyone who works here. During that time period they repeatedly lied to me over the phone and to my face about what stage repairs were in (telling me all it needs is paint and a few days when they actually hadn’t touched it at all for months), about communicating with my insurance, and literally everything else. There was very little communication and what little there was happened only becuase I had to hound them and get my insurance adjuster to the shops just to get any kind of update. And the man who works the front counter Isaiah is an extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional individual. And then to top it off they give me my car back in unusable condition. When it was taken to the dealership the issue was that they never installed the supposedly brand new front end correctly which was what they were hired to fix in the first damn place. You literally couldn’t pay me to deal with these people again I would rather walk barefoot in a blizzard of glass than have to get a car fixed here again. If the better business bureau didn’t have a F for them already I’d report them there too

Don’t not I repeat do not take your van truck car to these people they messed my car up they gave me my car back likee this over spray o bc car fish eyes in the paint on the rear quarter panel they pull. It out they never replaced it left my suspension all wrong car wasn’t even drivable they should been got closed down

Logan’s did a wonderful job on my vehicle!! I got my car back on the exact day they said it would be ready!! Brandie is so professional and extremely informative!! I will definitely recommend this place if you need any work done on your vehicle..
