I came here with my car after I rear ended someone. My front bumper and grills were damaged very badly. I also had some minor dents in the back from highway rocks. South Side Auto Collision took very good care of me and my car!!! I got it back looking brand new! I was so impressed with the work that was done and I was given an honest price. I love this place the owner and the staff keeps you in the loop through the entire process. I have had the pleasure of them repairing 3 of my vehicles and I was very pleased with the outcome.

DO NOT COME TO THIS SHOP FOR YOUR CAR ESTIMATES OR CLAIMS ADJUSTMENT ESTIMATES. We will be filing BBB complaints as well. The owner Ignacio Hernandez is a very unreliable, unprofessional, sketchy individual who just wants to pray on customers who can't defend themselves. My father took his vehicle to them for an estimate after he had been in a car accident to start the claim paperwork with the insurance company. After months of going back and fourth with the insurance company we finally reached an agreement and his car would be picked up and paid out. When we tried coordinating pickup of the vehicle from South Side collision - the owner and his assistant Ignacio and Maria refused to let the car be released because they stated they had not been paid for the work. On several occasions we have instructed the owner Ignacio to give us a bill on what that charge would be and we would happily pay it. Our claims adjuster has even reached out as well to get ahold of him to explain that process and how he will get compensated for the estimate work he did. He has failed to return there call back. IF your customer is willing to pay for the estimate charge and additional fees why are they being difficult on releasing the vehicle?!?! DO NOT GIVE THIS BODY SHOP YOUR SERVICE - YOU MAY BE THERE NEXT TARGET. AS YOU CAN SEE FROM PREVIOUS REVIEWS THEY HAVE HAD ISSUES LIKE THIS IN THE PAST.
