🔧 MLB auto mechanic Performance

I hope I can help at least one person avoid what I went through. I didn't realize that mechanics can be kind, competent, and humble until I got a repair today at 3G AZUARA, who were a lot kinder and more reasonable to me. I called Maurice about an issue with my car battery. He came over to take a look, said nothing was wrong, and then charged me $90. At the time, I thought that was reasonable, because at least I wouldn't have to worry about it. Unfortunately, Maurice was wrong, and there was a serious issue with the car battery that caused it to break down. Mistakes happen, and I wouldn't fault him for that alone. The larger issue was that he was wrong and yet so condescending, inappropriate, and aggressive with me during the whole process. He told me I was just scared because I don't have the experience he has, and that there was nothing to worry about. So, in that way, he was dismissive. He smoked in my car, which left an awful stench for a while. In that way, he was unprofessional. And after he was done (which took only a couple of minutes), he told me that "he did a good job, and that I should leave him five stars." He then told me to do it right in front of him, and he waited for me to do so (I have to imagine that's why his reviews are so good, he forces you to leave a good review). He also told me to only call him from now on. In that way, he was aggressive with me. I'm sure Maurice is an exceptionally knowledgeable mechanic and tends to do a great job. I just got unlucky; however, he was wildly unprofessional throughout the whole process. He also severely overcharged me for his time (I had the same service done later, and it cost me $20). I'd highly recommend going somewhere else if you can.

Maurice pulled up to my house and started working on my car the same day I called. He’s very knowledgeable and efficient. He fixed my rack and pinion, ball joint, and axel in a couple hours. He’s the only mechanic I trust working on my car. His pricing is also fair and reasonable. If you are looking for a mechanic that will get the job done, I Highly recommend Maurice!

I called Maurice on Saturday morning while it was snowing very bad, he didn’t hesitate to answer; asked about the problems & informed me that I shouldn’t drive and that he will be to me momentarily. He came, explained every step and detail on what was going on. He also took me to get the proper oil that I needed. He is kind and polite, work ethic is through the roof. MLB is top-notch and highly efficient! I brought my car to Maurice for front brake pad replacement, and he had me in and out in no time. His communication was excellent, and his customer service was outstanding. I know exactly who to call for future car repairs—he’s earned a loyal customer for sure!

Mr. Maurice was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with my car. From my experience he was reliable, flexible, friendly and reasonable with his pricing. My fans and radiator was busted. He had to remove my entire front end of my car just to get to the problem and fix it. Brand new fans and radiator through him.
