I visited Willow in 2021 for a battery replacement. The workers were very knowledgeable and friendly during the whole experience. This year, in 2023, I needed to have my alternator replaced, and because my battery was under warranty, the owner of Willow helped me contact Mercedes-Benz to get a new battery through the warranty. Excellent work on high-end and exotic cars. Treat each car as if it is their own. World class with Porsche, Mercedes', BMW and Maserati. I am sure equally good with other exotics, but have not had them work on this cars. They are truly special on their work.
