I recently got my Kia Optima repaired at this location, and I had a great experience. The service was very fast, and afterwards my car looked brand new. Demetrius was very helpful and accommodating. The other staff was also very nice and provided very good customer service. I would definitely recommend this Crash Champions location to my friends and family.

I was extremely disappointed with the repair work quality on my 2016 BMW M3 recently. Upon pick up and from a distance I could tell that the paint work was terrible. There was orange peel clearly visible from all angles, there was a huge paint overspray on the edge of the door which was looked over every paint stage and quality check. The door trims and windows were very poorly aligned. There were rattling noises that I personally had to address. The interior of my car was completely covered in sanding debris which took me hours to clean up properly. They clearly didn't take the time to mask areas that were not being worked on. They left my car lights on and drained my battery which was a huge inconvenience. I called them to let them know the lights were on the night before, but they brushed it off saying that they were in the middle of moving vehicles and rushed me off the phone. There was also red paint residue still left from the vehicle that hit me. The employee tried to remove it with his nail. Ridiculous. I told him to please stop and just leave it, and that I would take care of it myself. I was so angry that I didn't go back inside to complain. I was that angry. I just wanted to leave that place and have nothing to do with them ever again. Terrible work quality and attention to detail. I would never recommend this place to anyone who remotely cares about their car. I would hate for someone else to have to deal with the disaster that I went through with this place. Never again.
