I walked in at 9:32 to get an oil change I signed in and sat down at 12:15 they still wasn’t done I think it’s absolutely ridiculous to wait this long for something so simple and I think they should tell you they slow and incompetent

The service team from managers to service technicians work hard to keep your vehicle running properly and keep the owner informed as to exactly what the source of the problems are and what the optimum solutions will be.
