Meineke Car Care Center

Sergio...Was very kind and helpful. He treated me with a smile and ask me what the issue was. Get this...the shop was not opened yet. Let's just say excellent Management Skills... My ac now blows like I was at Santa's house.

I had a part ordered and installed. Sergio called me when the part came in. It was installed in a timely manner.

#2812 at 8383 S Chicago, IL Very professional and excellent service! I was on time for my appointment and they were on time with their service. Fair price, including a discount (given to me even though I didn't know I was eligible for it).

I had an emergency situation and they handled professionally and quickly. Ill be back to get my car serviced.

They told me hour and half for an alignment and oil change I came back 2 hours later and they only did the oil change I love 20 minutes later they called me talking about they forgot to tighten something I go back they told me to take 10 minutes took them 25 minutes I went to work and at work I opened my hood and had oil on top of my engine and I was low almost a quart of oil this place really does not do good service, someone from that company has reached out to me on here and told me to come back to them I would never take my vehicle back to this place
