🔧 Milex Complete Auto Care - Multistate Transmissions

If anyone needs service, Milex Complete Auto Care, Chicago Heights is truly the best. We were from out of town and we got great service and so fast. Tow service was the best as well. They got us in and out in less than 2hrs.

Messed up my father’s car and refusing to fix. Multi state Transmission started with the replacement of a flywheel on a 1997 Toyota 4Runner. The problem starts when the car started leaking transmission fluid after repairs and bringing it into their facility ( it wasn’t leaking transmission fluid when they originally serviced it). After picking up the vehicle and driving home we noticed the transmission fluid was leaking. When bringing it back for further inspection the manager gave a desperate excuse of the vehicle being older and having too many miles. If that was the case why wasn’t the vehicle leaking transmission fluid prior to repair? The initial cost was over $1200 for the first repair. We brought it back after noticing the leaking continued. After placing this complaint with corporate we were instructed to bring it back. Of course, instead of handling the complaint they charged my father again, but to replace the transmission seal. This didn’t work and it started leaking again. Since it wasn’t fixed we had to bring it back AGAIN and refused to service the vehicle unless they were paid to put new seals on it. This location stated that the starter that was in the car was the reason behind the leaking. We obtained another opinion from a different mechanic and they stated their diagnosis was wrong. The manager essentially showed us customer service at this location is not a priority, 90 day warranties are irrelevant, and that their team doesn’t know what they’re doing. We’ll be contacting BBB and making sure everyone knows about the horrid experience we had here through media sources.

This place exceeded my expectations! I took my 2019 Equinox to several other places before arriving here! No one could properly diagnose the problem and I was pouring money into a vehicle that seemed to be unfixable. Finally, received my vehicle back in less than a week and it is running like new! I am pleased and would likely do business with them in the future! Hopefully in the far future though. I would 100% recommend Multistate to my closest family and friends!
