Great job, Todd. Thanks for getting me in and out with my issue resolved plus another added project that you knocked out while the truck was in you care.

This guy( the owner) quoted me a price to replace my transmission oil pan. Then I made the mistake of verbalizing my surprise that it was so cheap to which he replied w/ a question. He asked me if my pan was metal or plastic, "it was metal " i said to which he replied "oh well you know that will be higher". He quoted me a price $100 more. After calling around, It turns out that not even the dealers had that metal part, & he assured me that he knew where to get my metal pan used & told me the part would be $60. I thought great! I paid him in advance to get the part, so that I wouldn't loose it & so when I came back from vacation a week later he could install it. I get back, leave my car there, he calls me in a few hours, I go to pick it up & that joker off handedly mentions that the part was PLASTIC. Not just plastic but he bought it USED! When I started going off on him he started explaining that this is not just any plastic, no, it's new & improved to which his relative mechanic (family business)confirmed & so you know it must have been true😠. I don't even trust them to, not wreck my car, to change the part based on the reviews. $360 lost, my bad for risking not listening to the warning given through reviews. Recap Ok, so 1 month later & although I was duped on the part I'm having no new issues w/ transmission. Problem fixed. So I'm changing 1 star to 3.

Guy picks up the phone, says :Service how many I help you. I say good evening, how are you... Just trying to be polite before I ask for a tow and explain my car's issue. Jackass hung up on me. Damn, I can't be civil? Ah well. Can't force people to take my money.

Brought my 08 Pontiac G6 in for a no shifting transmission issue. They rebuilt the transmission only for me to have the same no shifting issue. Brought it back, they "repaired" it again and I came back to the same problem. They took it back a 3rd time and rewired the transmission, good the problem is solved...too bad I paid for a transmission rebuild when all it was, was a wiring issue. US30 Transmissions needs to understand that customers pay for a service to be done right the 1st time....not the 3rd time around. They didn't have this issue with me when they took my money for the service, so the etiquette needs to be reciprocated. Overall, the car got fixed and runs as it should but I shouldn't pay for a service and leave with different problems then what I came in with. Sorry but I can't lie and say they did a super duper great job for a decent price. They have mixed reviews for a reason.

This place is great took me in as a walk in and saved my transmission from disaster. Todd and Tom treated me like family and took care of the U Joint that needed to be replaced on my 99 Chevy Tahoe. Thanks guys!
