Thom’s Four Wheel Drive & Auto Service

I had my air conditioner fixed here about three weeks ago. They were recommended by my usual auto-shop manager. Greg was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He kept me updated with the progress. The leak was fixed and the a/c has been cooling efficiently since then! The venue is very clean and spacious, and front desk lady and the mechanic were also very polite and respectful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs work on a/c.

I recently took an older vehicle into Thom's for some repairs and had a great experience. Greg and his team are honest, thorough, and do excellent work in a timely fashion. Their diagnostic process is transparent, fair, and they communicate about issues and recommended repairs extremely well. Their labor rates are on the higher side, but they are still reasonable, and they are totally worth it because they do excellent work - don't cheap out on your vehicle. Every step of the repair and payment process was smooth and expedient, and I won't hesitate to bring more vehicles here in the future.

Knowledgeable, reasonably-priced, and committed to providing great service. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my Wrangler. I first started going to Greg and the team at Thom's in 2018 when my '08 Wrangler started experiencing the "death rattle". They've been my go-to ever since.

Thom’s four wheel drive is our go to shop for maintenance and repairs for our Jeep Wrangler JK. Greg and Thom’s four wheel drive team are all experts and very knowledgeable. This is the shop in Chicago for any four wheel drive rig!

Greg and his team are the best! Very knowledgeable and trustworthy! They helped me finish my 3” rough country lift, did the alignment and got an old rusty bolt out that was stuck in the frame. They kept in contact with me every step of the way, never felt pressured. Will definitely be back with all my 4x4 needs and will keep recommending Thoms four wheel drive, they do great work at a honest price! No complaints
