I had one of the best experiences with this company. Laqurn was professional / prompt and informed me every step of the way of the process to repair my furnace. He was able to repair my furnace in a timely manner in a very cost effective way.

Fantastic Experience! The problem with my furnace was explained in detail that anyone can understand (I know nothing about heating/cooling). The problem was fixed and I have heat! Service was prompt, he was here at the time he quoted. I will use this company for all my heating/cooling needs, and will refer to all of my family/friends. Can't go wrong with this company. Chicago West Heating & Cooling was great! The "big name" companies either couldn't get someone out or told me it would take 24-48 hours to get parts (NOT an option when it's below zero on one of the coldest days of the year!), but Laqurne (Q) was on-site within an hour, and diagnosed/fixed the problem right away!
