My husband took my car back in May, they charged $95 just for the test and over $400 to recharge it and $35 to replace a valve. Since it is a place that specializes in AC he trusted that they would fix it and also they provided no guarantee on the work which I thought was odd since most honest places guarantee their work. 2 months later it stopped working, they didn’t fix the real problem they only covered it so it can work for a little bit of time. I took it back and they of course wanted to charge me more because it turns out it was the radiator. BUT MY QUESTION IS WHY DIDNT THEY FIND THIA PROBLEM FROM THE BEGINNING IF THEY HAVE ALL THE EQUIPMENT TO FIND THE PROBLEM. Isn’t that what the $94 should’ve covered. So my theory is they fixed it temporarily so I could go back and they could get more money from me. Most mechanics are scammers and I feel scammed by this place. Now I have my babies driving in 90 degree weather with no AC because I used the funds I had to bring it here.

Sergio the Latino guy who works at Harold's shop told me that based on their experience and professionalism and of course the cost of their programs tools and skills they have a charge of 85 dlls. just for diagnostic no matter I decided continue or not the process of repairing. I wanted to tell him what i had done with no good results because he ignore me due they are the experts on the field. Next day Sergio called just to say I get your Diagnosis... New compressor and evaporator are required...recharge freon and repair open harness because no communication between the relays and ECU.The Radiator Fan Control Module has no voltage plus the HVAC control on dash board are defective. He asked if I decided to approve everything the total will cost me 2500. I refuse their diagnostic at least at the point concerning that the heater control module has no voltage on it ... Just because I got the readings on that pins and all of them had battery voltage corresponding to a good module also the minimum on the black wire showed 1.2 mV .He said no.no.no.no you are wrong come here to explain to you. When I get the shop Sergio don't say anything and let Harold explain me their diagnostic. More or less Harold end this show saying ok there are many problems in your ald car (Accord 1995) and is not worth you continue the process of repair it. Sell your car for at least 1500 and buy another in better conditions. We don't want to stolen your money. Pay our diagnostic and that's it! You will save a lot of money! And you know what.... I payed for that show!

The AC on my GMC Acadia was making a hissing sound. The air was blowing warm air. I took it in at 8am and it was ready by 4pm. The workers were very courteous and professional. Derek called and gave a full explanation regarding the problem. I was very pleased. The price was very reasonable. I definitely recommend this business.

If you need honest AC or radiator service or an excellent all-around mechanic, this is the place to go. I've been happily using these guys as my general car maintenance people for over 10 years, so it's safe to say I trust them! Darek has 35 years of experience and really knows his stuff! Him and Sergio are super nice no-nonsense guys and will take care of you. Very competitively priced as well. Fast (unless you come during a heatwave), reliable, and inexpensive.

I have been fixing my cars there for years. Both the owner and his employee are always professional and reliable. Im always advised whether something needs to be fixed right away or could wait for later. Definitely recommend them for small or big jobs on any car.
