This is one of the most honest and best shop for auto repair. I have been going to Mike and Steve for years and they never disappoint. Both of them are super knowledgeable about car and they very professional. I love this place. Highly recommended Alpha

I can't recommend Grand & Cicero Service highly enough! From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel completely at ease. Steve went above and beyond, taking the time to show me my car and clearly explain what needed to be fixed. The transparency and detail were impressive, and the pricing was incredibly fair. I felt genuinely cared for, and it’s one of the best experiences I’ve had at an auto repair shop in Chicago. Highly professional, trustworthy, and accommodating—this place is truly top-notch!

Just brought my car today(8/5/2024) for A/C problem. They fixed the problem and some minor issues at very reasonable price. I will highly recommend this place based on my own experience. The staff are very helpful too.
