My serpentine belt popped off in mid drive coming off the expressway, wheel locked up and battery light pop on and stayed on. Had to tow it to the shop. Turns out I needed head gaskets so the oil was leaking onto the belt so that’s why it popped off. They were very understanding and kept me informed of the progress. The young lady Vivian treated me as if I were family. Extremely appreciative and grateful to her for everything . I highly recommend this place , they get you in and out depending on the work that needs to be done , they make their customers their top priority, they check the vehicle throughly to make sure that everything is working properly for you. Once again I have to say that Vivian has the greatest customer service skills; she is very nice and knowledgeable about the vehicles and keeps you informed every step of the way. Thank you to Amerimex and a very special thank you Vivian . Yall are awesome 🎉🎉🎉🎉

Now THIS location on E. 95th street is how you do business. So professional, throrough and attentive. Vivian, the receptionist was polite and informative. My car needed alot of work. They still got it done in 1 day. I'll stick with Amerimex but no longer will I go to the Oak Lawn location.
