This was a second opinion on my furnace that wasn't working properly. Robert was the technician that came out. He was very knowledgeable. He found carbon monoxide leaking ( the cause of my headaches) although my CO alarm didn't go off. He promptly arranged for a new furnace. I had previous chimney damage that affected my furnace.
