if i can rate this place zero stars it would be in the negative if you plan on working in an auto parts store atleast know the basics about cars sheeesh

Employees are rude and unwilling to help. Edit to response by company: I'll stay away from this and all Advanced Auto Parts...this isn't the first time I've had issues with employees this location. The other incident involved a package UPS delivered there during 2020. I've gotten better service at Auto Zone.

This really is a good advanced Auto parts. I come here to shop for automotive accessories as well as send all my UPS packages because they are a certified UPS access point. Every time I have a package delivered it goes straight to them so I know that it's delivered properly and on time without any fuss because I am not there to receive the package. I really respect the people inside the store they even know me by name now. Keep it up guys I really appreciate you and you guys run a really good store.

Changing wipers; typically go to the other guy but none in my new area so tried Advanced. I bought a set, 1 was defective. That was a little bleep but they replaced it without a problem and did the installation in about 1 second. Yeah, really 1 second. So all in all, I appreciated the great service.
