Very bad experience here. Went In for replacement mirror and they were unable to assist, which I understood. I then asked for help replacing my key fob battery, the employee told me they aren’t allowed to open them for customers. I was handed a screw driver and told to open it myself. I struggled and stabbed myself with the tool they gave me. I left physically hurt and not assisted. Please avoid this location.

Bad management, tried to return items that I didn’t used and a warranty. I had a female manger to attend me I told her I had one warranty item and others where returns from another store, she told me she could only take the warranty item but could not return the unused new item, that I have to go back to the store I got them from. She didn’t look at my receipt for other items just the return. As en ex employee and read the receipt it does not say return to store where I got it from. I called the store I got it from and they confirm that she could have accepted the returns. Store #03567

If I could give -5 stars I would . This store was the worst experience ever . Jimmy was more excited to talk to his co worker about there gaming date then to actually help me . I thought this spot is new the staff has to be great what a fool I was . I went to check my battery on my car just to find out my battery needed to be replaced when I asked if he could replace it he lied and said he was not able to mind you I live a few blocks away not only did he lie to me he sent me to store on 63 and Pulaski well at least I was service great over there thanks to Yaya . Store #3567 is just a daycare nothing but toddlers work there never ever again . Store #2594 thank you so much your team is great maybe you can show that other store a thing or two . ( I also spoke to jimmy manager felt like I was just talking to air ) I also reached out to the regional manager . Highly disappointed

Decided to check out the new store since it is closer than the 61st location, safe to say i’ll take the extra 8 minutes driving. Came into look for my car part which they didn’t have , so they called the other location . I’m not sure what angered the female manager employee with how the other store answered the phone since she had it on speaker, but she was extremely rude the rest of the transaction. Clearly distracted her since she was busy on the phone trying to get another store in trouble! I go later that day to get the part , and they put aside the wrong part based off what part number she told them! DO NOT RECOMMEND. employees make it extremely difficult if your having trouble remembering the names to different parts. They only know the basics . Other store on 61st got me in and out. Store needs to worry about training there all their employees car knowledge, not micro management skills

Recently bought a car battery here after one in our fleet died. Fast service, helpful friendly staff. Shout out to the older gentleman that works there. I didn't get his name but he clearly helps keep the place alive.
