Got new windshield wiper blades and tried to install myself at home. They blew off in traffic during a rainstorm .Went to thos location without my receipt and an angel, a young associate named Juan installed them perfectly within minutes! Couldn't be happier. Thank you Juan for the excellent customer service. Give this young man a raise!

I will like to share that I went to auto zone on kedzie and 49 the headlight went out on my car I walked in auto zone and asked if someone can please help and the young man Miguel was so kind to help me he came looked at my car told me what was wrong he even fixed it for me .he was very polite and helpful and had excellent customer service . Great service today! It's pouring rain and I didn't realize how bad my front wiper blade had gotten. While I was using the restroom, they replaced the blade in the pouring rain!! Now THAT'S fantastic service! AutoZone always pulls through!!! Always!
