Mia was a total life saver! My friend and I came in today because she had a scratch on her car. We needed help getting it out but have no idea about car stuff. We came in and were immediately greeted with a smile. We explained to her our situation (strict dad) and Mia came out to the car, checked it out and helped us find the best product to buy. After checking us out, she came out and helped us remove the scratch. We didn’t even have to lift a finger, she did it out of the kindness of her heart. We had a great experience and definitely recommend!

Been going to AutoZone for years they have recently changed the other management and the new management is incompetent. I called yesterday to ask if they were able to return a part that they had ordered for me that they had to confirm it was the correct heart when I went in today The manager with attitude talking to me disrespectful things what am I supposed to do girl you’re supposed to return and do your job as a manager if you aren’t able to do it then you don’t need that job. Her employee team number is 021467. I’m extremely dissatisfied.

Got new windshield wiper blades and tried to install myself at home. They blew off in traffic during a rainstorm .Went to thos location without my receipt and an angel, a young associate named Juan installed them perfectly within minutes! Couldn't be happier. Thank you Juan for the excellent customer service. Give this young man a raise!

I will like to share that I went to auto zone on kedzie and 49 the headlight went out on my car I walked in auto zone and asked if someone can please help and the young man Miguel was so kind to help me he came looked at my car told me what was wrong he even fixed it for me .he was very polite and helpful and had excellent customer service . I will recommend auto zone to everybody very nice workers and very clean place .thank you Miguel for being so helpful and nice to me.I give you a 10 . God Bless and have a great day young man . .

Great service today! It's pouring rain and I didn't realize how bad my front wiper blade had gotten. While I was using the restroom, they replaced the blade in the pouring rain!! Now THAT'S fantastic service! AutoZone always pulls through!!! Always!
