🔧 Gerber Collision & Glass

My Nissan Rogue was in a hit and run. I chose Gerber Collision & Glass from the list provided by my insurance. I saw they had good reviews and decided to move forward with them. After that they were very communicative, friendly and accommodating. The link helped me keep track of labor costs and parts as I waited for the repairs to be completed. David, who was my contact from start to finish, gave me a realistic expectation but also a promise to do what he could to get my car back to me in a timely manner, as my insurance wasn't covering a rental. And they delivered on that promise. He and the front desk staff were great to work with as well. An added bonus on pick up was seeing my car looking shiny and clean and they even vacuumed the inside of my car. It really made the overall experience even better for me.

Really great service. Ricky was super quick and communicative. Had an assessment on Friday. Was able to drop off my vehicle on Monday. Ready for pickup on Tuesday. Price was fair, especially considering they were able to do what the dealership said they couldn't. Would definitely recommend and will be back to Gerber for future repairs!

I had a wonderful experience at the Kedzie location from start to finish. Every employee I encountered was professional and friendly especially David Ocampo. He handled my claim and kept me posted on every step of the process. He was so helpful, a great communicator and very flexible with my needs and requests. I wish I got the names of everyone, but the woman at the front desk, the young man who opened the garage and dried off my car, and obviously the wonderful person who buffed out the damage to my car paint *chefs kiss * Highly recommend this business for your auto needs. This is my go-to body shop now, and David Ocampo is my guy. He worked with me through the insurance process after my car was T-boned and was very, very communicative and professional. He went above and beyond in finding parts for my very old, somewhat rare car, making calls all weekend to source them at the lowest cost. He also refused to commit to his estimate until he had personally inspected the replacement parts so I wouldn't be surprised at any big price changes. I'm sorry I don't remember the name of the lady at the front desk, but she was also extremely pleasant and efficient. Gerber is lucky to have both of them and I hope they are paid the true value of their work.

I took my car for a fender and door dent repair back in 2019 and I saw the paint starting to bubble up last week and remembered there was a lifetime warranty on the work that was done then I called them to see if they would fix it and they were able to take care of repair on the repair and paint job at no cost to me They are very friendly and started to repair the car right away I I received my car back on 28 October. The technician angel did a great job, I was very happy and satisfied with the results. Angle did a great job , I am very happy with Gerber and glad I took my business to them
