Irene and the Gerber team on Halsted was awesome. Great customer service. What I loved is that they kept me updated on my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle it was good. I appreciate the great service they provided and recommended anyone to take their vehicle there for service.

Over 3 weeks for a back windshield replacement. Delayed north of 4 times, likely due to it being an insurance claim (lack of profit = lack of service). I still don’t have my car back and was just advised it hasn’t been touched.
