B & M Auto did amazing work on my car after a recent accident. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The quality of the repair work is beautiful —flawless paint match, perfect alignment, and no signs it had ever been in an accident. They clearly take pride in what they do and it shows in every detail. If you're looking for a trustworthy, efficient, and skilled team to take care of your car, I highly recommend B & M Auto.

In general, their body work wasn't bad. But they didn't fix or replace many smaller parts that were damaged from the incident. Contrary, the weirdest thing was that they replaced some bigger and incident irrelevant parts. I was so shocked when I went to pick up back my vehicle. That increased the final bill with 4-5k and had a reflection on my insurance premium later. So, I'm not recommending this shop!

I’ve been a customer of B and M Auto Collision for over 10 years and every time my experiences with them have been nothing but great. I’m not sure why it’s taken this long to write a review. They’re very professional and masters at their craft. I recommend B and M Auto Collision to everyone I know. I want to give a special shout out to the owner Bob and manager Peter. I applaud them for going above and beyond for their customers. No wonder why they’ve been in business for over 20 years. Each time they repaired my vehicle in a timely manner and the work has been excellent from painting, buffing, sanding they make sure to get the job done right. The best auto shop in the Chicagoland area hands down!
