My experience with Tightt Fitt Auto was 10/10 I had a coolant leak that was causing my engine to overheat. Rambo was able to refer me to a tow truck driver & once my vehicle arrived at the shop, He didn’t only do a diagnostic, he showed me proof of what the issue was. He went above and beyond fixing my car the same night so I wouldn’t miss another day of work. I would recommend this shop to everyone.

Rambo was very knowledgeable when it came to my vehicle , he was very honest with me with things that my vehicle needed and he didn’t just say it , he showed me . His work ethic is unmatched he spent countless hours working on my vehicle to get it back to me in a very small time frame . All & All the pricing was amazing he really cares about his customers and your happiness and safety is his main priority .

I went there Friday told him about my problem with my car all I needed was the thermostat replace he told me he would be able to fix it by Saturday. Which I told him I have to be at work Monday I missed so many days already. Saturday come I called no answer when he excally pick up he yelled at me telling me my car will be done by the end of the day. Sunday came he did not answer I kept calling having my dad call still no answer as I went to the shop to see what’s going on I seen my car hood still up nothing fix. He said he was able to fix my car all weekend but nothings been done. I go to the shop Sunday he’s not answering so I waited until he came out. He told me my car will be finish Monday. So now Monday come he’s in the hospital but he was able to put my car back together but not fix nothing. I lost my job because of his poor Communication.
