I have serviced my car several times at Midas. I continue to go back because I trust their work. I have had brake work, PT sensors, and struts replaced. They explain what needs to be done and their prices are reasonable! Their staff is friendly. I highly recommend them!

All I got to say is PROFFESIONALS, great service, knowledgeable, fast, great prices ! Been coming for years they keep my car running like new ! They ordered me parts on the fly. Liz great customer service! Thanks for giving me the Midas touch.

Stay away from this Midas and stay away from "Pat the Rat". One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I went in for a routine oil change and ended up paying $800 because the mechanic broke the oil pan and plug in my car. The mechanic over tightened the bolt on the oil pan causing it to crack. When Pat the Rat tried to explain this to me, his story wasn't straight and full of holes. On top of that, significant oil residue was spilt all over the interior and exterior of my car. I very politely asked Pat for a napkin to wipe it down and received unwarranted attitude. Never again will I do business here.

Do not trust these scammers. I went in for an oil change and they tried to sell me new brakes. I bought brakes less than 2 years ago and drive less than 9k miles annually so it raised a red flag. Took the car to two trustworthy mechanics recommended by friends, both confirmed my brakes were “nowhere near” needing replacement. I confronted Midas and Liz said “we never force anyone to do work” instead of an apology or even acknowledgement that they tried to scam me. Don’t support this business for any reason. They are stealing from naive people. Update: Their response below is nonsense. They sent video but not of my brakes. Liz even claimed the brake pads were worn so bad the wrong ones must have been installed. Other mechanics told me the brake pads were estimated at 75 percent used. Again, do not trust these scammers.

I’ve been coming to Midas for years to get my oil changes done, and Pat and Liz are always very helpful and willing to answer all my questions. I recently brought my car in because it was making noises under the hood, and they were able to fix the issue quickly. Some of the low-star reviews are honestly ridiculous, just people acting like Karens who didn’t get their way. Don’t let those reviews fool you-this place is solid!
