They are awesome, friendly, fast and try their best. Things to remember - 1. Tire rotation is free with oil change. Sometime they forget to do that. Make sure before you leave. 2. They will suggest some expensive repair. Those are basically correct. But may still drive 10 to 20k miles without that repair. So recheck with some other car mechanic before do the repair. (I never say it's their drawback, they must share what problem they find, but sometimes money matters) 3. Take appointment always. They are very busy.

This is my third 5 star rating of this Midas. We have been bringing our Jeep Grand Cherokee here for 8 years, and my experiences have gotten better and better. The team: master mechanic, Ely, Clement, who works with him in the garage (I apologize if I'm skipping over anyone), Angel, at the front desk along with John and Felix. All are standup, honest, personable guys who have regularly impressed us by going beyond a good standard of service. We feel very lucky to have found this shop and gotten to know these guys. Highly recommend!

Angel and the tech mechanic Eli were truly outstanding! I found Angel to be honest about what needed to be repaired with my car, and Eli's work on the vehicle was done at a superior level. I appreciate them both. This occurred at the midas on 6301 n. Lincoln

I recently got an oil change for my car and had a great experience. The service was quick and efficient — I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The staff was professional, explained what type of oil they used, and even checked my other fluid levels and tire pressure at no extra cost. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the pricing was very reasonable. My car is running smoothly now, and I’ll definitely be coming back for my next service

I had the privilege of being assisted by Angel who was an absolute gem. I went in looking to get my brakes changed and as is usually the case, my little Mitsubishi mirage needed more TLC than I expected. Angel was very professional and his talent for explaining technical automotive jargon in a way that could get through my thick head is easily Midas' most valuable asset. I am infinitely grateful. I will be definitely be doing any future car maintenance here.
